The current team of 4 management assistants will be expanded with 2 new colleagues. The team is responsible for all secretarial supporting tasks of the senior managers within the division Technology & Operations. Every management assistant works for a number of managers. One manager is leading the team of management assistants. The team is part of Business Management.

Your department and challenge

The Business Management function is responsible for guiding, aligning and supporting control activities across the T&O organization, and providing the ING IM Management and governance bodies with valuable decision support material. The management assistants support all T&O managers on specific activities.

Your main responsibilities

* Agenda management
* Plan and prepare meetings and organize events
* Managing mailboxes
* General correspondence
* Execute House Rules
* Book business trips
* Handling contacts
* Procedure ill/better

Your experience and skills

* At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a management assistant
* Good knowledge and understanding of the Dutch and English language
* Work experience within an international company and environment
* Relevant educational background
* available for at least 36 hours a week
