· Manage Service Request/Incident/Problem status using standard service management tools
· Actively monitor and own Incidents and user questions, and provide the right communications
channels
· Work in an user-centred approach, seeking to provide the users with an informed single point of
contact for all IT requirements.
· Understanding of Application development and Project management methods

We have a global reach and customers in Amsterdam, Brussels, London, NY and Singapore locations. There is a close interaction between the department and business (traders and business management).
